Rancho Housing Alliance
Our Mission is to provide residents and their communities with the means and resources for quality, affordable housing through innovative and collaborative community-based partnerships.

RANCHO Housing Alliance, Inc was incorporated in 2001 as a subsidiary of Desert Alliance for Community Empowerment (DACE) to address the critical need for affordable housing.  Rancho has since developed a wide variety of housing programs to meet the needs of very low to moderate income families in the communities we serve. Utilizing innovative and creative techniques and applications in home designs, Rancho keeps pace with the latest technology and materials to decrease costs of construction, increase energy efficiency, and promote healthy living environments to meet the needs of today’s growing families.  RANCHO provides a comprehensive program to assist residents with all of their housing needs through three distinct divisions. These divisions include:Development and Construction - New construction includes standard construction for single-family detached homes and manufactured housing.  These programs include Community living; Infill single-family housing; Housing preservation and rehabilitation; and residential and dormitory style housing and mobile home park rehabilitation. Each is designed to meet a wide variety of housing needs in support of existing homes and new construction.
  • Community Living - Subdivisions of single-family detached homes integrated within walled communities to provide a social and communal environment
  • Infill Single-family - homes built within established neighborhoods to increase the value of existing housing stock and reduce blight through revitalization.  Homes can be built on Rancho owned property or the property of individual owner.
